This week the challenge for Penny Black is stars and stipes. I started this card out with a completely different idea. But, it did'nt work out so I have morphed this card into this with the cute little kitty coloured with H2o's and the papers are MME.

Spoon Full of Sugar............

This week's challenge for Spoon Full of Sugar is 3 different ribbons. This is my entry, I have used an idea from Camilla's blog in making my own paper flowers. For my image I have coloured her with distress inks and I also used Tim Holz's stressy thingy to distress all the edges and then vintage photo'd them. The paper I have used is Basic Grey and Crate.

House Mouse.............

Papertake Weekly............

Hello a very good afternoon to you,

I have discovered that I am useless at sewing. This week's challenge in the Papertake Weekly is a stitch in time. I used the new Tim Holz ruler to make my holes onto the paper fantastic. Then I started sewing with some gold thread not so fantastic. Oh well faux stitching for me I think. I have mounted my little Magnolia onto sticky fix's and then onto a cuttlebug shape that I stamp with vintage photo and then glimmer misted. All my papers are MME.

Hurray sunshine! Today I am entering this card into Friday Sketchers challenge sketch by Carole. I was so happy to receive my new Magnolia's and so went hot foot up to my craft room to play. I have coloured this little gorgousness in with coloursoft pencils and sansador. The papers are Crate and Basic Grey. I have distressed these with vintage photo. The little flowers are quickutz.

A Spoon Full of Sugar..............

Here is my card for A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge sketch by Debbie.

As we can now use any stamp for this challenge I have used Magnolia. I stamped her with versafine, then coloured using coloursoft pencils. I foam dotted her onto a cuttlebug shape which I distressed with willow and stamped with paper artsy stamps in brilliance pearlescent olive. This I also foam dotted. The colour is quite green but in the photo it looks yellow, sorry about that.

Here we are at Wednesday already crazy, hope everyone is good.

This weeks challenge sketch by Katharina for Papertake Weekly is just lovely to work by and I am sure I will use again. I have stamped my image with versafine onyx black and coloured in using coloursoft pencils. I have distressed the edge of my cardstock with antique linen. The bee, flower and sentiment I have stickled. The papers I used are basic grey and I have stamped on this with vintage photo katzelcraft stamps, my new purchase which I love. I have distressed papers with vintage photo. All this is backed onto bazzill.

For this week's card I used a Stampendous stamp, which I stamped in vintage sepia versafine. This I mounted onto a cuttlebug embossed shape. The papers I used were American Crafts.

This week at Sarah Kay Weekly challenge the theme is charms, pendants or dangles. For my card I have stamped in versafine, coloured with coloursoft pencils and sansadored. I have distressed with tattered rose. The border I punched with fiskars. I have also used katzelcraft stamps on the oval and corners of paper in tattered rose. On the scallop edges I have added liquid pearls in pastel raspberry. My flowers were prima with quickutz leaves. The charms were jeneca beads. The papers I used were paper salon.

Buttons.................

Morning,

Gorgeous here today, I have made a card for the Papertake Weekly Challenge theme this week is buttons. I wanted to use Amelia from Kadoodle for this card. I think she is so sweet with her little button jacket. For this theme I also added a strip of cuttlebug embossed buttons which are so cute, just love those embossing strips. I stamped Amelia in archival black and coloured her with coloursoft and then sansador. The little flower from embelliscrap have sprayed with glimmer mist.

I made this card for a certain somebody's birthday this week. I was inspired to make this card by the most wonderful, one of my heroine's Wendy Vecchi. I used Basic grey paper, this I stamped on using paper artsy, and someother edge stamp can't remember what name though. The flowers are Bazzill flowers, these I have distressed then glimmer misted and then stamped on with Hero arts.

Tilda & Co Challenge

Hello,

This weeks challenge is all about Christmas. I wanted a dreamy and sparkly card, so to cover the Basic grey papers I used Disney sparkle vellum. I made a border each side using the vellum with fiskars border punch and then cover this in brilliance starlite silver. For the bauble in the middle I silver glimmer misted then using paper artsy snowflakes stamped with versafine and covered with gold Perfect pearls. I then punched out vellum using snowflake punch distressed with vintage photo, then added stickles.

Edwin - Papertake Weekly

Hi,

Today I have made a card for the Papertake Weekly Challenge.

For this I have stamped Edwin in Archival ink. Coloured with coloursoft pencils then sansadored. I stamped him out a few times, to cut different bits of the image to then 3d them onto the main image, for the wings I used star dust stickles.

The papers I have used are Basic grey and these I have distressed with Brilliance pearlescent orchid. The wavy line on the side I distressed in vintage photo and glimmer misted. The sentiment is Aud design and I used vintage photo then embosed this. I mounted all this onto bazzill.

A wonderful surprise..............

Guess what I got this morning. A wonderful card by the extremely talented Lorraine. I had commented on Lorraine's blog about how I envied her having made a hAnglar card, as I adore those stamps. Well inside the beautiful card were some hAnglar stamped images. Well I was blown away, as Lorraine was sent them and bless her kind heart has shared them with me. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart Lorraine, I will treasure and love them and, so enjoy crafting with them. Just look at this card isn't it absolutely beautiful. Go check out her blog it is full of wonderful creations. I am always stalking it.

Xmas Magnolia

Hello,

I was hoping to enter this card into the Papertake Weekly Challenge. But, I may be too late. Ho hum. The theme was anything Christmas, so for this I have used Basic Grey papers, covered them with vellum and distressed with Pine needles.

I punched out some snowflakes, distressed and then stickled them. The heart I distressed and glimmer misted.

Magnolia Fix............

Hi,















I had to have a Magnolia fix today, so here is my card I am going to enter this into the Tilda & Co challenge. I have stamped her in versafine and coloured in with coloursoft pencils and then sansador. Her wings I have gold stickled. The papers are MME and these I have distressed with spiced marmalade and on the nestibilities cut out I have also glimmer misted in gold. For the cuttlebug hearts I have distressed and stamped using paperartsy stamps with spiced marmalade and glimmer misted these also. I did the same with the lace at the bottom.















For the reverse of this card. I have used the nestibilities and stamped this with Magnolia tulips, and coloured these in. Then distressed with Marmalade.

Friday Sketchers..........

Hello,

Here is the card for this week's Friday Sketchers.

I used Kadoodle stamp Amelia for this sketch. I coloured her with coloursoft pencils, I used My Mind's Eye papers. These I distressed with milled lavender and in addition I stamped over them with Paperartsy squiggly stamps using Brilliance pearlescent purple and moonlight white.

I stamped the sentiment with Brilliance victorian violet. For the centre of the flowers I used Liquid pearls in pastel raspberry.
