We are on week 8 of our Colour Create challenge. The lovely Sarita has set this weeks colours and they are Navy, Turquoise and Lime with the optional extra of no designer paper. Sarita creates the most stunning cards so if you haven't already please do go and visit her. Sarita's creations are out of this world!
For my card this week I have made my own background using first a brad to cover my linen paper. Then adding colour gradually with blending foam. To get a shimmer I sprayed on a mixture of water and perfect pearls in a mini mister. Then I have splattered water over this to get some water marks and depth. For my image I covered my stamp with distress ink and then using a mini mister sprayed water onto the stamp before stamping out my image. Then without inking again kept spraying water between each stamp onto my image until I used up all of my ink. Then I blended more colour around the image with blending foam.

This is fantastic! I love how you have worked with the inks..something I don't really know how to do. beautiful flowers and love the misting and water marked effect. Simply stunning. Wishing you a very Happy Mother's Day ..hope you get pampered :)
