Penny Black Christmas…..

Hello,

I had such a wonderful time on Saturday. I met such amazing ladies who were so very lovely and fantastically talented!

We made a paper bag card.

I coloured my images with distress inks. I also painted some gold glimmer mist onto the baubles and star for some shimmer. I 3d some of the baubles that were falling off the tree.

Here is the inside.

On the first page I die cut my circle and scallop circle with nesties. I added stickle glue to the snow. The stars and snowflakes are a cuttlebug die. I also sprayed glimmer mist onto the border paper and punched each side with a fiskars border punch.

The page on the left hand side I die cut my circle with the mouse just on the outside of the circle. The sentiment is also sprayed with gold glimmer mist as are the flowers.

On the back of the card I distressed my card with antique linen and then edged with frayed burlap. Then sprayed the circle with iridescent gold and then coloured this with distress inks.

Thank you so very much ladies for being totally wonderful! You made my Saturday at Crafts U Love just amazing it was such a pleasure to see you all! Also, a huge thank you to Tracy and Heidi who made our day very special!
