Hello,As you all know it is the World Cardmaking Day today and we have a very special challenge that will last for 24 hours only. We are dedicating this Simon Says Stamp challenge to Paige a 13 year old girl who was badly injured in an accident recently. We are asking you to make a GIRLY CARD and send it to Paige. If you have already sent one we ask you to send it to a child on the Post Pals or a sick child.
We are totally delighted to feature Erin in our Designer Spotlight! Erin has been a true inspiration in leading the appeal for Paige. We would like to lend a hand and help Erin in her appeal and Erin is kindly joining us today for our special challenge. Thank you so much Erin.
I have coloured my image with distress inks. I have distressed my background with faded jeans and edged my papers with frayed burlap. I have added liquid pearls to my swirl. I have used Tim's distressing tool on my edges and added stickles.
You may combine your card with other challenges but remember you only have until 9 am CET ( 8am GMT). Heidi of Simon Says Stamp Store will be giving the winner of the prize draw a fantastic parcel full of cardmaking goodies :-)It must be a new card, not one previously posted to be entered into the prize draw.
