I hope you are having a great weekend. I have been doing lots of celebrating with family and friends. Thank you all so much for your lovely wishes for our wedding anniversary you are so kind.
I have made this altered box.
I covered it completely with gesso. When that was dry painted white crackle paint over gesso and when that was dry sprayed it with iridescent gold glimmer mist.
I have coloured my Magnolia images with distress ink pads. The sparkle is star dust stickle glue. The background is distressed with antique linen. I have used vintage photo to distress with.
The leaves and butterfly are Martha Stewart punches. The small flowers are EK success punched.
This is the back. The pink flowers are prima and the spacers Bunny Zoe's. The jewels on wire and velvet ribbon are Hobbycraft.
Here is the inside.
The tiny image I picked up from the Magnolia stand at the NEC last year. So sweet I am definitely going to get more next week.
The hearts are Cuttlebug. Distressed with vintage photo with added Star Dust stickles.
