For someone special....

I hope you all had a great weekend!

Today I would like to share with you a card I made using one of Magnolia's You are So Special Collection.

I have used distress ink pads for colouring. I 3d the balloon to sit outside the circle. I have distressed everything with walnut stain. The stickles are star dust and platinum. I heat embossed the sentiment and heart with clear embossing powder.

I just wanted to share with you how well my grandchildren Luca and Isabella are doing now. Luca's eyes are a lot better and with his continued treatment and care by those amazing consultants they are keeping well. Isabella is a different baby now she has had her tonsils and adenoids removed. So my daughter Claire can now take a deep breath at last!

To help restore Luca's confidence he is doing some modelling and here he is on the set for Sainsburys with his little sister Isabella. It is so good to see them both well.

I feel a lot more energized now with the signs of spring on the way. So wonderful to see buds on trees and spring bulbs shooting up through the ground. It really cheers me. I hope that life is good with you too.

I have made a wedding acceptance card for a wedding that Phillip and I have been invited to this year.

I have coloured my image with distress ink pads.

I have distressed this and everything on the card with walnut stain.

The stickles are star dust. The butterflies a Martha Stewart punch. The lace border a Magnolia Doohickey die.

Mini World Magnolia....

Hello,

I hope that you have had a good week and are well.

I have made an easel card using the nesties circle dies. I have masked a Mini Magnolia Tilda onto the mini Magnolia Tea Cup. So perfect when you want to make a smaller card to send to say hello.

I have used distress ink pads for colouring. The papers and details on my card I have distressed with brushed corduroy. 

The swirl is a Magnolia Doohickey die and the leaves are punched using an EK Success punch. The stickles are star dust and silver.

A Little Gift for You....

How are you today? Here we are starting another weekend I hope you had a good week and have a great weekend planned!

I have made a card with this sweet Tilda from Magnolia's latest You are so Special Collection. I absolutely adore her and have coloured her with distress ink pads.

I have distressed everything on my card with walnut stain and the stickles are star dust. 

The flower is a Magnolia Doohickey die which I have sprayed with Pearl glimmer mist and distressed with walnut stain. The tag and leaves are also Doohickey dies. 

The seam binding which I love to use as it is perfect with Magolia I have distressed with tattered rose.
