Loving Friends......

Oh my goodness we are having the most beautiful days in my neck of the woods. Positively sunny! I hope you too are seeing your weather turn for the new season :)

Today I have made a card for the latest MDUC challenge Bingo and the line I have chosen is Dies/Flowers/Glitter.

I have used Magnolia's Teddybear Love from the Princes and Princesses collection.

I have coloured Tilda with distress ink pads onto 300gsm watercolour paper.

I have added clear Sakura star dust pen to her dress and Stickles in Star Dust around my image and on the edge of my paper.

The Magnolia sentiment is stamped onto a nesties die cut and the Heart Swirl branch is a Magnolia die.

The ribbon border I bought from The Hobby House at the NEC.

I have used the gorgeous Maja paper to decorate the inside of my card.

I have cut out a butterfly from a Pion sheet and added feathers from Hobbycraft. The tiny pearls are also from the Hobby House at the NEC.

I used a metal corner from Wild Orchid Crafts and more butterflies from Pion.

I will be adding this card to Ebay.

Happy Weekend!

Today I would like to share a card I have made for the 3rd Year Birthday Celebration of Magnolia Down Under and the theme for this week is Happy Birthday. But, again I have missed the deadline lol! Still I wish MDUC huge congratulations!

I have made an easel card using 'Sweet Princess Tilda' from Magnolia's Princes and Princesses Collection.

I have coloured Tilda with distress ink pads onto 300gsm water colour paper.

All of the papers are distressed with walnut stain.

The stickles I have used are Star Dust and Platinum.

The flags, fence, leaf, border, swirl and heart tag are Magnolia's Doohickey dies.

The border on the bottom of Tilda and wording is Fiskars. The two hearts are nesties.

The letters and wording is quickutz.

The seam binding has been distressed with tattered rose. The flowers are woc.

Delish paper Pion from Dies to die for.

The sentiment on the heart is from Magnolia.

I will be adding this card to Ebay.

I hope you are all well and your week is off to a good start!

Definitely got a spring in my step with more daylight and birdsong!

Today I would like to share with you a card I have made using 'Tilda with Blue Blanket' from Magnolia's Princes and Princesses Collection.

I have stamped Tilda with Archival Coffee onto 300gsm watercolour paper.

I have distressed all my edges with Pumice Stone and coloured my image with distress ink pads.

The die cut flowers are Magnolia's Doohickey's as are the Heart Tag and the Doily.

The Leaves, photo corner and swirls are Quickutz.

I made this card for MDUC Buttons and Bows, but unfortunately missed the deadline. Will have to try and made their next challenge which is their 3rd Birthday celebration. Congratulations MDUC!  For the seam binding I pressed a Spun Sugar ink pad onto my craft sheet. Sprayed this with water and then swished the seam binding into this. Scrunched it up and let it dry.

Here is the inside right. I have added some distressed stitching too.

The inside right and the Wild Orchid metal corner has been painted with distressed crackle paint.

I have added Star Dust Stickle glue and Sakura clear glitter pen to Tilda. The ovals are Nesties.

I will be adding my card to Ebay.

Reach for the stars......

I hope you are well and that your week was a good one!

Today I would like to share with you a card I have made using 'Tilda Catching Stars' from Magnolia's Princes and  Princesses collection.

 I have stamped Tilda out with Archival coffee onto 300gsm water colour paper. For my painting I have used distress ink pads.

I covered the corrugated card with white paint and added crackle paint all around it. Then I distressed it with walnut stain and added star dust stickle glue.

The stars and the frame are Quickutz.

I layered my card and paper with sticky fixers.

Here is the inside left. I used the pattern of the Pion paper and added flowers, sentiment and Quickutz leaves.

The metal corner and butterfly are WOC.

I added clear Sakura glitter pen to the crown and star.

I will be adding my card to Ebay.
